There may be stock available in our physical store, so please contact us via the inquiry page. We will notify you of the restock schedule and inventory status by email.

We do not reserve or hold items.

Before clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the product page, you will find a "Specify Gift Wrapping" option. Please select your wrapping choice there. For more details, please see ouruser's guide.

We cannot ship to multiple addresses in a single order. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please place separate orders for each destination.

In-store pickup is not available.

An "Order Confirmation Email" will be sent immediately after your order is placed.
If you do not receive the email after 2 business days (excluding year-end and New Year holidays), please contact us via our Contact Form.

There is a possibility that your order was not completed, so we will investigate and get back to you.
Additionally, there may be a typo in your registered email address, or your email software may have mistakenly marked it as spam.
If you registered emails may not be delivered due to spam filters. Therefore, we recommend registering a PC email address.
Please adjust your settings to allow receiving emails from the "maitojapan.com" "maitokomuro.com"domain.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer. Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the issue is due to a defect on our part.

Please contact us by phone, email, or via our Contact Page Orders can be canceled within 5 days of purchase.

Delivery may be delayed. Please check your delivery status by entering the "EMS Tracking Number" provided in your shipping confirmation email here.

If you wish to return an item, please fill out the required information and apply via the return request form.

We will include the invoice with your order.

1) Dissolve a small amount of neutral detergent in lukewarm water, gently press-wash the item, and lightly spin-dry it. (For fabrics that are prone to damage, we recommend wringing out the water by hand.)
2) Reshape the item immediately and dry it in the shade, avoiding direct sunlight.

When taking the item to a dry cleaner, please inform them that it is plant-dyed. If you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact us.

For our hand-dyed and natural dyed products, if you receive an item with defects such as color fading or discoloration upon delivery, please contact us.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us by email as soon as possible. We will verify the item and respond promptly.

The colors of plant-dyed items may change over time due to extended use, care methods, or storage conditions.

We will offer a replacement or re-dyeing. Please contact us by email as soon as possible.

We do not currently accept "custom orders" for size or design changes tailored to individual customer requests.

We do not currently offer made-to-order production.

We may have additional stock available in-store, so please reach out via our contact page. We will reply by email with information on restocking schedules and inventory availability. Please note that we may not be able to accept orders depending on stock levels and production status. For pre-order items, if you wish to cancel, please do so within 5 days of placing your order. Cancellations cannot be processed after 5 days due to system limitations.
