Ordering Process
1. Select your preferred color, quantity, and other options for the item you wish to purchase, then click “Add to Cart”.
2. Review the items in your cart, and enter your preferred delivery date and any additional requests.
* Please enter any requests in the notes section.
3. Proceed to checkout.
4. Enter your customer information.
* If you are using a webmail service, our automated confirmation email might be routed to your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders in advance.
5. Select your shipping method.
6. Select your payment method.
7. Review your order details and click “Complete Order” to finalize your purchase.
8. An automated order confirmation email will be sent to you once your purchase is complete.
Important Notes
・Adding an item to your cart does not complete your order. Your purchase is confirmed only after checkout is completed. Please note that items may sell out before checkout during busy periods.
・The products displayed reflect the inventory available in the MAITO online store. Product availability may differ from what is offered in our physical stores.
・If you wish to purchase a quantity larger than the available stock, please feel free to contact us directly.
・Please note that colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the natural characteristics of the materials.
・Orders placed for resale purposes are not permitted. If we determine that an order has been placed for resale, including bulk purchases or repeated orders of the same item, we reserve the right to cancel the order even after it has been completed. Thank you for your understanding.
About Shipping
International shipping
・Shipping Methods: EMS / DHL
・In-stock Items: Usually ships within 5 business days.
・Pre-order Items: We will ship as soon as they become available.
・Orders can be canceled within 5 days of purchase.
▶ For shipments to China
* The recipient must file a customs declaration to receive EMS packages.
* The number of packages varies depending on the total order amount (in Japanese yen). Please refer to the following:
・Up to 45,000 yen — 1 package
・45,001–80,000 yen — 2 packages
・80,001–120,000 yen — 3 packages
・120,001–160,000 yen — 4 packages
▶ For Shipments to the USA
* Orders shipped to the United States are delivered using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via ZONOS.
* Customs duties and import taxes are included in the product price. No additional payment for customs duties or import taxes will be required upon delivery.
*Please note that, in rare cases, customs clearance may be delayed or additional documentation may be requested due to changes in U.S. customs regulations or other circumstances beyond our control.
